Sole Proprietor Business Brokers -

With VIRTUALOFFICE, your office, home and laptop computers will contain complete and fully functionally copies of the SALYN "Business Broker Client Management Application" database. Valuable client information is shared between them. An additional copy of the database is located on one of the SALYN servers.

Business Broker firms -

The VIRTUALOFFICE offers firms with multiple brokers and support staff the ability to share crucial client information accurately and quickly. This is done within the same office, between main and remote offices, at home computers and on laptops when traveling. Each computer will have a complete and fully functional copy of the firm's "Business Broker Client Management Application" database.  An additional copy is placed on one of the SALYN servers.

Throughout the day, at prescheduled times or manually, connect through the Internet to the SALYN VIRTUALOFFICE server and Lotus Notes® will replicate your Client Management database uploading and downloading important information changes. This is done from your office, working from home or traveling with a laptop and insures that you will always be working with your most up-to-date client information regardless of location.
